Ukraine is one of the largest European countries and has huge potential and advanced market infrastructure for economic relations development. Attraction of the international investment is a key task for successful economic reforming in the Ukraine. For successful performing this task the highly professional and qualified personal is extremely required.
The Dnipropetrovs’k State Financial Academy prepare specialists and masters in the economic and financial area. Our graduates work in public and private organizations, banks, corporations and holding companies. Academy has 30-years history of success and great experience in the preparation of the economists and financers at the Dnipropetrovs’k area.
Since 1999 the cathedra of the higher mathematics and computer technology teaches a course - “Information systems in the economic and finance”. During this time more than 1000 students attended the course. One part of the course is “Software for Investment planning”. In which the software for investment planning, for business-planning and for performing of the financial and economic analysis are reviewed. During studying of this theme the some software are reviewed and practical work (case-study) and business game are held. This article describes some methodical materials from this course.
