Tony Toole is an educational consultant specialising in online learning. In the last 10 years he has successfully managed over 20 large-scale multi-institutional e-learning projects in Wales, the UK and Europe. Tony is a Visiting Professor at two UK Universities and is an advisor to a number of other institutions and government agencies in the field of online learning. Tony Toole holds a PhD in Physics from the University of London (UK) as well as Masters and Undergraduate degrees from four other UK Universities.
