"VIP user" competition rules
Art. 1: The eLearningeuropa.info portal is organising the "VIP user” competition, to be held between the 1 and 30 June 2012 (both included).
Art. 2: This contest is open to Citizens or residents of one of the 27 Member States, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Turkey, or Switzerland. Staff working for the European Commission or companies and agencies that have contractual relations with the European Commission for the purpose of this contest may not enter the competition.
Art. 3: The competition consists of interacting with the portal in the aforementioned time frame. Kudos points are awarded when content is proposed/published by the user. However, points will be deducted, if content is rejected/deleted by the editorial team. See the list of points awarded per activity here. Kudos points accumulated before 1 June and contributions received after the aforementioned deadline shall not be counted for the purpose of this competition.
Art. 4: Content submitted to the portal will be revised by the editorial team (before publishing). The decision taken by the editorial team is final. Read the Terms & Conditions for posting content on the portal here.
Art. 5: The prize will be a Kindle e-reader. We reserve the right to hand out another prize if deemed to be appropriate. The winner will be announced and publicised on the portal.
Art. 6: By participating in this competition the participants ensure that they have the necessary rights to publish their content. The eLearningeuropa.info portal cannot be held liable for any complaint that is put forward against participants of this competition for not having respected rights of other persons or institutions.
Art. 7: By participating in this competition, participants agree that eLearningeuropa.info reserves the right to reproduce and use all or part of the material relating to this competition, mentioning the name of the author, without refunding the participant and without paying any fee.
Art. 8: The data protection rules of the portal apply.
