National experience

Teacher training (since 1966), strategic planning, political issues. Specialising on IT/ICT in education, particularly in teacher education, since 1983, integration of IT in education, and training of educational software designers. Administrative tasks at Stord/Haugesund University College (Pro-rector/Rector, board member etc.) and in Ministry of Education and Research (Norway, 1988 – 91)

International experience

Teaching experience from USA (Aug.1964 – June ‘65), Tanzania (March 1969- July ‘71), Kenya (Jan. 1975 - Dec. ’76) and Canada (Jan – June 1986). Assigned responsibilities for international projects, conferences, white papers etc. by OECD, the Nordic Council of Ministers and EU projects (Delta, Socrates, Minerva, eLearning Initiative).

Numerous publications, articles and presentations at international and national conferences and seminars.
