Blog + Twitter = Digital Logbook | Any example of digital logbook in technical education?

The use of logbook is dated back many decades but it is only recently that technology innovations help us to think of digitising it. However, the use of logbook in technical and vocational education has always been paper based and on a search of the Internet and many other resources I have not come across digital logbook for use in technical and vocational education anywhere. You will agree that vocational trades are an imperative in industrial economies. I will like anyone in this community to kindly cite examples of digital logbook in use in technical education from anywhere in the world.
