This easily accessible platform based on open source technology provides decision-makers, researchers, private stakeholders, public stakeholders and the general public with a collaboration tool focused on policymaking. Access the Policy Support Tool here About Learnovation In order to implement the renewed Lisbon Strategy, Lifelong Learning is central, Information and Communication Technology is important, but innovation is the core outcome to achieve both competitiveness and social cohesion in Europe.
