Supported by: European Commission: Lifelong Learning Programme | CONSULTATION: THE LEARNOVATION IMPERATIVES FOR CHANGE IN EDUCATION AND LIFELONG LEARNING BEYOND 2010 The Learnovation project is running a public European Consultation about Learnovation imperatives for change in education and lifelong learning beyond 2010. The project has produced 24 statements that indicate what should be done to improve European education and lifelong learning systems and to make them more innovative, creative and effective. Go to the consultation >> AN AGENDA FOR CHANGE IN EDUCATION AND LIFELONG LEARNING BEYOND 2010 PROPOSED IN BRUSSELS The Learnovation Open Forum entitled "Removing the barriers to creativity and innovation? Listening to stakeholders’ voice”, was held on 27 May 2009 in Brussels, gathering the main European networks in the field of innovation and ICT for Education and Training. This event resulted in the launch of the “10 imperatives for change” to make European education and lifelong learning a lever for innovation. Read more >>
About Learnovation In order to implement the renewed Lisbon Strategy, Lifelong Learning is central, Information and Communication Technology is important, but innovation is the core outcome to achieve both competitiveness and social cohesion in Europe.
Learnovation Stakeholders' Roundtable The Stakeholders' Roundtable proposes itself as a new interlocutor to help European policy makers to accelerate and strengthen the impact of innovation policies affecting education, training and lifelong learning. The Roundtable is an independent body supported by nine European networks and the Learnovation project. The nine European networks are: EADL, EDEN, EFMD, EFQUEL, ELIG, ESU, EUCEN, EuroPACE and MENON Networks. Read more >> |
