In order to implement the renewed Lisbon Strategy, Lifelong Learning is central, Information and Communication Technology is important, but innovation is the core outcome to achieve both competitiveness and social cohesion in Europe.

The Learnovation project is aimed at stimulating a consensus-based definition of eLearning and Technology-Enhanced Learning, in order to inspire their total exploitation in implementing lifelong learning strategies across Europe.

Learnovation Stakeholders' Roundtable

The Stakeholders' Roundtable proposes itself as a new interlocutor to help European policy makers to accelerate and strengthen the impact of innovation policies affecting education, training and lifelong learning. The Roundtable is an independent body supported by nine European networks and the Learnovation project. The nine European networks are: EADL, EDEN, EFMD, EFQUEL, ELIG, ESU, EUCEN, EuroPACE and MENON Networks. Read more >>

COMPEDIUM OF GOOD PRACTICE CASES OF E-LEARNING. Cases selected by Members of the ICT Cluster. The cases collected in this Compendium are examples of good practice in e-learning in Europe. They were all selected by countries participating in the ICT Cluster and Peer Learning Activities managed by Directorate General Education and Culture (DG EAC). LEARNOVATION: LINKING INNOVATION, CREATIVITY AND ICT FOR LEARNING. The session to be held at the Online Educa will focus on discussing the main findings of the Learnovation initiatives. The most provocative results of the Learnovation analysis will be discussed with participants. A specific emphasis will be put on the relationship between ICT, creativity and innovation in E&T systems, in view of the upcoming Year of Creativity and Innovation.
