Innovation Department head, degree in Economics at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome and obtained her Phd in Health Care Management from the Catholic University in Rome. Since 1999 she has been teaching Human Resources Management and Communication at the Educational Science Faculty at University of L’Aquila. Since 1996 she has been involved in Luiss’ School of Management research projects regarding training and organizational development issues in private and public organizations. From 1996 to 2000 she managed managerial training classes for public managers in Luiss Management . From 2001 to 2002 she coordinated training activites of Luiss’ MBA. In Didagroup -from 2003- she has been gaining professional experience about training project design and management related to individual and organisational development as well as in reesarch project design and management attaining ICT, technology enhanced learning, training desing and evaluation.
