Pierre-Antoine Ullmo founded P.A.U. Education in 1995 based on the conviction that "whatever the question, Education is the answer". He developed an original methodology of work based on participatory techniques and aiming at reinforcing community building processes, so that all social actors are encouraged to think, question their surroundings and contribute to social dialogue As C.E.O. of P.A.U. Education, Pierre-Antoine Ullmo is coordinating the strategy and research activities in all the company’s fields. He is a privileged interface for all the company’s clients and in charge of the strategic planning. He developed the relationships with the European Commission being in charge of the strategic proposals in the company’s various fields of intervention. He is directly responsible for the elaboration of the strategies that combine creative approach and field implementation based on participatory techniques. He coordinates the scientific board activities and the many partnerships with research institutions and NGOs. He is the interlocutor of the general directors and communication directors for the campaign’s presentation and evaluation. He takes part in all the campaigns-related events and in many cases presents publicly the results.
