Etelberto Lopes da Costa Former Senior Navy Officer (Marine Mechanical Engineer). He explored and implemented in the PO Navy the systems approach to training in the 90ths and was responsible for the Navy Training Restructuring for the 21st century. His actually a Training Consultant. Teacher in Pos Graduation Schools for Training Systems and Models and also a Trainer of Trainers and eTrainers and eTutors. Training consultant since 1999 he developed several training projects, with innovation at e-Learning and combined methodologies. He was pioneer, in Portugal and Brazil, for the launching of Academia Global (Portugal Telecom Multimedia) as an online training enterprise (2000). e-Veste (www.e-veste.com) was the last eLearning project concluded?? Project Coordinator for the ITV (clothing and textile sectors) in Portugal. Distinguished by DG-Enterprise and Industry as one of the six cases for best practices in e-Learning. As Evaluator for Training and Education Programmes he his experienced on several Projects for Industry Associations and Equal Initiative and Leonardo da Vinci. In October 2007 he coordinated a partnership for the production of the www.elearninglisboa.com. for the EU Presidency as the EU eLearning Conference and in 2009 the www.creativelearningconference.com for the AECI - European year of creativity and innovation. He his focused on the Learning Innovation, caring about importance of validation and certification (observable and measurable outcomes) on informal training and Learning communities and concerned on the construction of the European network for the Long Life Learning.
