Biljana Mečava (b. 1979); MA Economics; worked as professional adviser in the field of employment and business; 2007 work in marketing research at the Incubator U.S. Market Access Centre (Postgraduate practice, San Jose, California, USA); project leader and director of IPAK Institute - the Institute for the symbolic analysis and development of information technologies, Velenje, Slovenia. Author of many articles in the fields of information and communication technologies, an active participant in international and domestic conferences in the field of information and communication technologies, employment, entrepreneurship, project management, and motivation to work with people. She is an active participant in many programs and projects of education and acquitting skills for unemployed people, general educational programs and educational programs and projects for young people.
