Position:

She is a member of the technical staff at the University of Bologna and she is the expert of Web analytics at the DSAW. In particular, she is in charge of designing and carrying out analysis to collect qualitative and quantitative information in order to understand users opinions and needs. She has also quality management responsibilities and she supports the DSAW in the definition of procedures and methods to standardize project and everyday work activities. In particular she analyzes and reengineers processes to improve their efficacy and efficiency.
