She has a degree in Communication Science obtained at the Turin University. Since more than 10 years she is working on elearning projects and initiatives.

She has collaborated with the Turin University and other organizations for the technical and methodological preparation of e-learning courses and tutoring. She has been instructor of “Technical writing” and of “Written and oral communication” at University and Polytechnic of Turin.

Since 2005 she is working in CSP, the Information Society Technologies innovation and research centre for Piedmont’s public administrations. She conducts research studies on e-learning trends, with particular attention to the pedagogy, the process and the quality. She deals with elearning content standards (i.e. SCORM) and learning environments.
