Biografia
Since 1994 she’s member of the Board of Directors of SCIENTER acquiring her role of Research Director in 2000 with the Management and research responsibilities with a special focus on initiatives promoting innovation in education and training systems. She’s the research responsible in regional, national and European projects.
She’s specialised on the management of transnational projects referring research on training, vocational training systems; training of the trainers, training needs analysis at regional / sectoral level, policy analysis and assessment at regional, national and European.
She has develop her manager skills working with crosscultural environments acquired in 20 years of european projects as well as in a european stage organised in the framework of COMETT Program (Exchange University-enterprise) c/o the Chamber of commerce and Industry of Pays de la Loire.
