Some partners of this work-group made the on-line experience about educational special needs in the program Helios II. The greater group will be created an European multi-central net with social aims and defined competence to allow assistant teachers but also other users, such as teachers in general, parents and disabled people to access information and "experiences of good praxis" through a facilitated virtual door, exploiting the comparison of knowledge of every participating country.

By interactive methodologies, European partners intend to build and to try together an European data bank for information and education, taking specific knowledge in this scholastic field .The experiences of support centres are also innovative, economical and accessible to users with special needs.

Besides building the data bank, partners will work on-line as local resource centres sharing their experience and contributing to elevate the quality standard of this service, meant to combine final needs of users and school workers. It is in fact foreseen the development of special interfaces and intelligent way (by abstract)to open M.O.I.S.E. and further to make formation accessible to users, also with special needs.
