Call for papers: Intercultural learning
17 Sep 2007
Within the global society scenario, intercultural learning has become a key element in the present and immediate future of development and growth.

In order to acquire the competences that the labour market is demanding, the Education and Training fields have to focus on multicultural patterns and intensive language inclusion in all levels of communication. Nowadays, training is the solution to international labour environments, especially in multinational corporations located in different countries and companies dealing with worldwide customers or providers.

The global society is in a constant transformation thanks to the information and communication technologies, which contribute to the mixture of cultures, languages, daily customs and religions. All in all, we need to articulate mechanisms of intercultural learning in order to unite this rich diversity and to transfer it in a common dialog and a global understanding generation. With no question, eLearning is positioned to be one of the instruments to reach this dialog.

Against this background, the eLearning Papers publication seeks ARTICLES RELATED ON THE TOPIC OF INTERCULTURAL LEARNING: papers about the future of personal and reference communities, the labour market and the global multicultural society throughout eLearning. The deadline for article submissions is 30 November, 2007.
